A power connector, which provides both the devices itself, and provides a low voltage which can power connected components like LEDs and various sensors, provided their power needs are reasonably low. The power connector can connect either to an AC adapter or battery.

They have some advantages, such as larger community, free and broad range of libraries of codes, relatively low cost components and posts.

One of the main advantages of the Arduino starter has that it requires no knowledge. It is of fairly low cost and depends on the shield you use. It contains a lot of sketches and shields available. 

Its disadvantages are that it is small and the user has to work in a relatively small space. In broad and multi-purpose projects, it’s required to look for third party services in addition to board scripts. Another disadvantage is that in many cases, some errors remain quite persistent and error messages may not be quite useful.
