Kurt Iswarienko has filed his own lawsuit against his cancer-stricken wife Shannen Doherty’s former business managers after she settled with them.
Doherty, 45, reached a settlement in August in her $15 million lawsuit against the accounting firm Tanner Mainstain Glynn & Johnson for an undisclosed amount.

The photographer in his court filing mirrored Doherty’s claim that her business managers allowed her health insurance policy to lapse, causing a delay in her breast cancer diagnosis.
Iswarienko also has a pending lawsuit against the account firm and its former partner, Steven D. Blatt, accusing them of mismanaging their money.
He also claimed in court documents that the firm got him involved in bad loans that ruined his credit.
Doherty sued the accounting firm in August 2015, claiming they mismanaged her money and allowed her health insurance to lapse in 2014.

The Heathers star argued that if she had health insurance and had been to a regular doctor visit, her cancer would have been detected earlier and she’d have better odds at beating it.
The settlement also was first reported in August by TMZ.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 star has kept her battle against cancer in the public eye.

She’s been posting photos and videos on social media documenting her medical challenge.
Doherty last week shared an Instagram photo as she was about to undergo her first day of radiation treatment.
She also posted a snap last month on social media of herself on the set of the Heathers reboot.
